Bleach Anime Summary
Kurosaki Ichigo is like any normal 15 year old guy. With one exception. He can see ghosts. As long as he can remember this has been the case, but lately they've been seeking him out more and more. His little sister Karin refers to his ability as being 'high-spec'. There comes a day, as happens in all such anime, where everything changes dramatically. He sees a huge monster chasing after a girl ghost he'd met the previous day and is further surprised when he and the ghost are saved by the appearance of a girl in black robes who wields a katana and causes the monster to disintegrate. He later speaks to this mysterious figure as she's tracking down another monster, that comes to his home and attacks his family!! The mysterious girl is Kuchiki Rukia, a Shinigami or Death God and she comes to the conclusion that the monster or 'Hollows' as they are called are after Ichigo for his huge spirit power. Ichigo foolishly risks jumps in to try and save his family, but is saved again by Rukia who gets hurt in the process. She offers to give him her Shinigami powers so he can save his family and that's when the fun starts, as Ichigo takes on the role of temporary Death God, while Rukia recovers... Bleach is funny, action-packed and will get you hooked! Haven't described it fully as I don't wanna spoil the plot for anyone, so am just outlining how it starts out, plus the anime is still ongoing, so I don't even know what's gonna happen!!
