This site is devoted to an unhealthy obsession, or as my mum would say, a sad addiction to anime.

As I'm sure you'll all agree when one finds a particularly good anime or a really crap one, you just have to vent and unfortunately for me most of my friends think I'm weird for even bothering with the stuff and I bore them silly talking about it. Hence why I am reaching out via the internet to those that share my poor malady....

The site is created and run by me. I go by the name of Marchioness on the internet, so any reference to Marchioness on here means me!! This site is closely linked to the Animates Anime Community (you can find out more about this on the Community page link to the left) and some things are aimed purely at members, e.g. the Competitions for example are only open to members.

I also must stress that everything written in this website is mostly my own opinion unless I'm including extracts from some of the Animates Anime Community members, so even if I state something as widely known fact (such as;  'Touya is the cutest!'), this is just me... okay? Excellent. I can as well, shocking though it may seem, get things wrong, whether it be a spelling of a name or a completely off-base theory as to the plots; I'm particularly bad at technical information, so my word is not gospel, don't assume it is, check it if you're really bothered! Thank you.

Lastly I hope you all enjoy the site, you can e-mail me with any suggestions if you have any, but we're mainly just here to spread the anime love, so please don't nitpick this is a fansite and not in any way official!!
